The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and circumstances.
Many clients are able to work through immediate concerns within 4–6 months, while others choose to continue therapy longer for deeper work or ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in to make sure therapy continues to feel helpful and aligned with your goals.

Initial Intake Session: $200 | 50 minutes
Ongoing Individual Sessions: $150 | 50 minutes
